Li Hong, Secretary-General of the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association, provided an overview of China’s role in the international nuclear non-proliferation regime to date and likely future positions. The event, which was chaired by Lord Hannay, was part of a three-day programme organised as part of UNA-UK’s nuclear non-proliferation initiative ‘Towards Zero’.
