Edward Mortimer, Director of Communications & Chief Speechwriter to the UN Secretary-General, gave an address to the Group at the UN in New York. This talk, under Chatham House rules, was held in the Grimond Room and was followed by a question-and-answer session that was chaired by Lord Hannay, Vice-Chair of the UN APPG.
