UNA-UK is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Policy who will turn our new strategic plan into an ambitious policy agenda, building on UNA-UK’s track record and increasing our impact in the UK and internationally.
The post-holder will serve as the engine for UNA-UK’s work, liaising with the Executive Director, Board of Trustees and key stakeholders to set and implement policy priorities; initiate and build policy programmes; facilitate advocacy and campaigning work; and support public information and engagement activities.
The post is full-time (35 hours per week, excluding lunch hours) and based in UNA-UK's offices in London. Annual salary, including London weighting, will be in the range of 38,000 to 42,000. Benefits include: 7% employer pension contribution, flexible working, transport loan and childcare vouchers. The post-holder will be entitled to 25 days leave p.a. pro rata for the term of the contract, in addition to five days during the December holiday period determined by UNA-UK.
