James Kearney, UNA UK Desk Officer for Peace and Security will be addressing the issue: New Year: New Challenges for Peace and Security.
James will be discussing the role of the UN and other international organisations, in harnessing potential developments in global geo-politics during 2014. He will refer to his recent visit to China where, as Head of the UNA UK Delegation, he met with key players in nuclear weapons and arms control fields.
After a brief presentation, James will be pleased to answer questions.
