At 13:15 the Branch will hold its AGM that is open to non-members. At 14:00 we break for Tea, networking and for signing in for the for Public Seminar, at which Stephen Hardy MBE will lead discussion on how the Government's plans for Housing, Communities and Local Government will affect the implementation of our own local governments' plans and those of the relevant non-government organisations such as Rother Environment Group and CPRE - the Countryside Charity.
