Fadhili is the Chief Executive Officer of Sub-Sahara Advisory Panel (SSAP) a network of African communities in Wales working in international development and across Wales. Fadhili is also the Founder and CEO of Watch-Africa CIC, a multimedia and consultancy firm working in Wales and Africa. He completed his primary and secondary education in Tanzania before moving to the UK to undertake his higher education.
