In this 100th anniversary year of the WW1 armistice the theme will be based on Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 'Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person'. We will again have contributions from different tradition in order to look at the  theme, from diverse perspectives. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948 -  70 years ago.
