Talk & discussion with Sir John Holmes, former Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations.

Sir John was the UN Emergency Relief Coordinator at the time of the Haiti earthquake in 2010, coordinating relief for survivors of the catastrophe which killed 250,000 people. Working closely as he did with António Guterres, then UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Sir John is uniqely placed to offer an informed view of the new Secretary-General’s likely approach.
