Update: The date of this event has been changed from 24 Oct to 30 Oct. Richard Acland had been called away to Special Duties with UN but has returned earlier than was known and as one who has managed a very large Refugee Camp we are fortunate he can now come. We are sorry about any inconvenience to you by this change of date.
