
Tomorrow (16 November), António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, will deliver a major speech at SOAS University of London on “Counter-terrorism and human rights: winning the fight while upholding our values”.
The event will begin at 1700 GMT and will be live-streamed on Facebook – click here for details. The Secretary-General's speech will be followed by a Q&A session moderated by Baroness (Valerie) Amos, Director of SOAS and former UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs.
