UNA London and Southeast Region: Annual General meeting and Human Rights

At 2pm, we will hear from Dr Maria Varaki of the Department of War Studies at King’s College who has worked for the Office of High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in New York and for the Legal Advisory section of the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Since November 2017 she has been a member of the ILA Committee on human rights in times of emergency.
