From the legacy of ancient ways to modern battles with urban housing developers, from traffic-free routes to creating safe travel for vulnerable users. We will discover how our Rights of Way heritage impacts so many areas of our lives and how the existence of some of these vital Rights is under threat right now.

Biography:

Victor Pogson works for The British Horse Society as Access Field Officer for the North and North West of England Regions. He is a volunteer Footpath Secretary with Ripon Ramblers and an Associate of the Institute of Public Rights of Way and Access Management.
