Professor Jan Abbink & Dr Debebe Legesse
Jan Abbink is an anthropologist-historian and carries out research on the history and cultures of the Horn of Africa (Northeast Africa), particularly Ethiopia. He is Professor Emeritus of Politics and Governance in Africa at Leiden University. Debebe is a member of the Executive Committee of the Cardiff and District UNA and a British citizen of Ethiopian origin, living and working in the United Kingdom.
